Offer and publish rhythm
Client names, logos, and contracts stay unpublished under NDA, except Hazara Restaurant Ajman and Khan Bannu Gul Beef Pulao Restaurant Ajman, which are public local businesses on the social roster. Software screens use sample data, not live records.

01 — Context
Challenge
Dining brands in Ajman and nearby emirates were posting food with no path to a visit. Google profiles, menus, and reply times drifted away from the dining room. Two accounts we can name are Hazara Restaurant Ajman and Khan Bannu Gul Beef Pulao Restaurant Ajman. The rest of the active roster, and the commercial terms, stay under NDA.
02 — Method
Approach
Each account gets one weekly offer, a shoot or asset pull, and a reply routine. Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business Profile carry the same dish, price cue, and hours. We have 10 or more active UAE social clients on this model, and more than 20 completed relationships in the same category.
Workflow
Offer of the week
Kitchen or owner confirms one dish, price, and hours before anything is designed.
Cut and publish
Short video, stills, and a Google post go out on the same day with the same call to action.
Reply block
Comments, DMs, and review replies are handled in a set window, not whenever someone remembers.
Outcomes
- Named Ajman examples sit inside a larger active UAE roster

- Monthly notes cover reach, replies, and which posts drove visits
