Challenge

Sales lived in a sheet. Leave and employee files lived in another. Managers rewrote the same status updates for both.

02 — Method

Approach

Accounts, deals, employees, and leave share a Laravel app. An AI summary drafts the weekly pipeline note and a leave recommendation from the record. A manager approves it. The company name is under NDA.

Workflow

  1. Move a deal

    Owner, stage, and next step are required to leave a stage.

  2. Request leave

    The employee submits dates. HR sees the balance before approval.

  3. Weekly note

    AI drafts a pipeline summary. The sales lead edits and sends it.
