01 — Context
Challenge
The old site explained the cause and then sent people to a generic donate button. Gift Aid eligibility was a footnote, and mobile visitors dropped before paying.
02 — Method
Approach
We rebuilt the appeal and the gift form together. Stripe takes the payment. The form asks the Gift Aid declaration in plain language and emails a receipt. The charity name and campaign assets stay unpublished under NDA.
Workflow
Read the appeal
The page states who the gift helps before it asks for an amount.
Give
Amount, Gift Aid yes or no, and card details in one form.
Receipt
The donor gets a receipt. The charity gets the gift and the declaration.
Outcomes
- One primary action on the appeal
- Gift Aid declaration stored with the gift
